Our story
RootED Learning & Development Center, LLC was born out of finding how difficult the process was, as a parent of a child with learning difficulties.
At RootED Learning & Development Center, we understand that every child learns differently, and we’re here to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice.
As a licensed Educational Specialists and Educational Therapists with years of experience, we provide targeted support strategies, and interventions for children, teens, and adults of all ages who struggle with learning struggles or various neurodiversities throughout their academic journey. Our goal is to ensure that no child falls through the cracks of the educational system. RootED Learning & Development Center, LLC is the bridge that connects research-based understanding to professionals and parents, empowering children to reach their full potential

“I believe it is important to focus on the whole child.”
It is my goal to make sure that no child, falls through the gap, and is able to be connected to the right interventions, treatment, and professionals that can help them through their primary deficient skill. That way they can build the skills they need for life-long learning, starting at the core root of their foundational skill, working upward to tackle any other items along the way.
I am excited to be able to allow (RLDC) to be the “home base” for all educationally related learning & development needs. As a parent of a young adult, I’ve also required our programs to include Adulting101, College & Career Readiness, Social-Emotional Support, and key support to build and encourage Self-Advocacy.
As a parent who trudged through our broken system, I am proud to also bring parent support with direct side-by-side assistance in advocating for their child’s needs. Having the background as an intervention specialist working within local school districts and virtual public schools in total over 14yrs, I am passionate about helping bridge the partnership between families and schools.
